The PWN Lisbon Dream Day 2023 took place on November 29 under the theme \u201cEngaging All For a Change – A Life Story\u201d and featured a presentation by Maria Jo\u00e3o Guedes.<\/p>\n

Held this year at CLUBE – Monsanto Secret Spot, it is an annual event organised by the PWN Lisbon, a non-profit organisation, part of PWN Global, whose mission is to promote women\u2019s professional development and gender-equitable and inclusive leadership in business and society through leadership training and mentoring programmes, research, networking and the sharing of models of excellence.<\/p>\n

The presentation focused on the Portuguese Observatory for Women’s Equality (POWER), which presented the results of a pilot survey.<\/p>\n
