{"id":62792,"date":"2024-06-21T13:17:58","date_gmt":"2024-06-21T13:17:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/power-observatory.pt\/en\/?p=62792"},"modified":"2024-06-21T13:17:58","modified_gmt":"2024-06-21T13:17:58","slug":"o-impacto-do-genero-na-performance-ambiental-das-empresas-masters-final-work","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/power-observatory.pt\/en\/o-impacto-do-genero-na-performance-ambiental-das-empresas-masters-final-work\/","title":{"rendered":"O Impacto do G\u00e9nero na Performance Ambiental das Empresas \u2013 Masters Final Work"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We present the first master&#8217;s dissertation developed under the POWER Project, entitled &#8220;O Impacto do G\u00e9nero na Performance Ambiental das Empresas&#8221;, written by Catarina Salgado Silva Pardete Alves and under the scientific supervision of Maria Jo\u00e3o Guedes.<\/p>\n<p>Adopting a different angle of analysis from other academic works, which mostly focus on the relationship between the composition of Boards of Directors and the financial performance of companies, this dissertation explores the effects of gender diversity on environmental performance as an important vector of social responsibility in terms of corporate strategies.
