The PWN Lisbon Dream Day 2023 took place on November 29 under the theme “Engaging All For a Change – A Life Story” and featured a presentation by Maria João Guedes.
Held this year at CLUBE – Monsanto Secret Spot, it is an annual event organised by the PWN Lisbon, a non-profit organisation, part of PWN Global, whose mission is to promote women’s professional development and gender-equitable and inclusive leadership in business and society through leadership training and mentoring programmes, research, networking and the sharing of models of excellence.
The presentation focused on the Portuguese Observatory for Women’s Equality (POWER), which presented the results of a pilot survey.
