We present a master’s thesis developed under the POWER Project, entitled “Women on Board and Value Added”, by Loredana Georgiana Stef and with the scientific guidance of Maria João Guedes.
This study analyzes the relationship between the representation of women on boards and the creation and distribution of gross value added for a sample of Portuguese private entities in the period from 2012 to 2021.
